Xbee® has been analyzed by DNV (Norway) and granted non-objection and recommendation letters from the primary international manufacturers. Moreover, Xbee® complies with applicable European regulatory standards: EN 590 diesel, CSR 441 domestic heating oil, and CSR 500 heavy fuel oil 500.

The Chymar – Golden Touza Ltd. Group was founded in 1976 by Antonio Touza Blanco. The fleet is composed of three refrigerated trawlers, two of which are owned by Golden Touza Ltd.

Additif gaoil Xbee et Hermanos Touza

The 65-metre Golden Touza and Golden Chicha, specialize in calamari and hake fishing. They have been operating on Xbee® fuel since May 2006 with excellent results: elimination of toxic fumes for the environment, cleaner holds and fuel supply circuits, less frequent diesel fuel filter changes, better engine maintenance conditions…

Chief engineers confirm that since starting to use Xbee®, oil consumption has also been reduced and the filters are changed less frequently.

In December 2007, the decision was made to use the Xbee® on the largest ship in the fleet: the M/V Hermanos Touza.
